Is there a reason why the TeeChart packages should be abandoned in this way? I have loaded the full Steema TeeChart packages and get the same error. In the past, I received similar messages when Delphi loaded the trial version of TeeChart and I la…

Perfect.....thanks

Thanks - That highlights every other line, which i understood. I need to color a block of lines based on when the name of the person changes, as I have shown in the earlier attachment. I have the suppressed repeats in the report, so every line has…

Thanks for the help. That worked perfectly

Thanks - Read up on scripting over the weekend. I think it is starting to make sense to me.

Thanks for the advice. I tried the converter but had limited success. Eventuall just rebuilt the reports from scratch.

Final reply. I tried converting using the converter from the FR3 download area. It work farily well, but I had enough syntax changes to track down to make it about as easy to just redo the whole report from scratch in FR3. When I did that, all …

I uninstalled and reinstalled everything (FR2.54 and FR3.09), but still have the same problem creating a FR3 report from FR2.54 within D7.

Alex, Sorry about not realizing you were replying last time.... I just tried saving a report I made in FR 2.54 using D2005 to FR3 and it work as it should. I then went back to D7 and could open the FR3 file I had just made. However, when I t…

I uninstalled the FR2.5(?) version I had, download and installed FR2.54. Apparently the FR database components didn't load, because Delphi 7 complained quite a bit when I opened it. In the end, I still get the same error message when I try to pu…

I figured it out. I made it a single page report with unlimited length. I then made the MasterData band long enough to cover two pages and frced a new page when the data set moved to a new record.

I looked through my registry using regedit, but I can't seem to find these keys. Any clues?

I have a similar problem with FR3 in D7. When I try to start FR3.08 in D7 it completely hangs up. This problem started when the upgrade for D2005 came out. I was hoping they would have fixed it on this version. WinXP SP2, D7, D2005

Worked perfectly Thanks

Very Cool!

Alex, Any plans on resurrecting the cross tab bands of old yet? Pleeeeeez? It was the primary reason I purchased FastReport in the first place. Craig
