Bold not appearing on print or PDF Export

Hello all,

I have a memo with HTML tags enabled and I am using

<B>Bold</B> to bold some words in the memo.

On Screen it's perfect, but when its printed as a PDF or just to a printer the bold disappears?

Does any one have a solution, It's not practical for me to not use a memo as the contents are dynamic and change.

    I have done a test and if print not using the fast report PDF export the bold appears. However my PCL print driver has the same issue?
