Answer for this : Make sure you have Un-Installed the Embarcadero Version using the Windows Menu - Uninstall Option before trying to Install any other version.

Did anyone find an answer for this. I have just Un-installed and re-installed Fast-Reports and still no frxCrossObject. I have an older version of XE2 (Pre-Servive Pack 1) that has these Components but not the new one. Regards Jim Gilmour
