FastCube 2 Vcl latest version - What's New

FC v2.7.2 has been published recently, but with no indication of what has changed.

How do we find out what is new and/or fixed, without going through the palaver of installing it?

    We took a punt and installed this new revision (in the Pro edition) on a test machine.

    The changes.txt file included contains no detail of additions / fixes for 2.7.2. In fact it looks suspiciously identical to the file installed with 2.7.1. [img]style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/blink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":blink:" border="0" alt="blink.gif" /> So, the question remains: why should we install this revision? Should we install it on our main development machine? Cheers, Paul[/img]

    I've now done a bCompare of the Source folders on the Test Machine and another PC with v2.7.1 installed.

    There are a lot of differences reported. Too many for me to work through to try and determine the Fixes / Additions.

    Anyone else affected by this?

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
