fast report designer missing xe8

Hi,

just installed c++ builder pro XE8 + fast report 5.3.1.
The TFrxDesigner component is missing.


How can I install it?

    Uninstall all instances of FR, remove FR's files and folders (see system and hidden folders too) and then install registered version of FR

    Uninstalling all instances of FR and removing FR's easily identifiable files and folders does not solve the problem on my system.

    Where are the hidden folders? And what are their names?

    And the system folders, what are their names? And are they all immediate children of C:\Windows, or of C:\Windows\System, or of C:\Windows\SysWOW64, or someplace deeper? Or where? (Note that C:\Windows, for example, has over a hundred descendant folders).
