TfrxDesigner component missing

Hello

I'm using Delphi XE2 version and I can't find the TfrxDesigner component on
the Tool palette.

Maybe this is the reason for my problem on my previous thread.

Any suggestions?

    FR Designer does't included in FR Embarcadero edition

    Then do I have an other option to set the default Template dir for Inhereted reports?

    Use TfrxReport.OnLoadTemplate event to load base report template from another folder

    But can you send me the code for this event or direct me to some documentation or help file
    that explain how to work with fastreport events
