FastReports with Postgres using npgsql

Hello,

first of all sorry for my bad english, i'm from germany.

I work with the FastReport.Postgres.zip from this post http://www.fast-report.com/en/forum/index....ost&p=11292.
But theres a problem and i can`t solve it.
To compile the Dll, i need npgsql (in Version 2.0.1). But this Version is the Problem. Npgsql doesn't support "encoding" anymore, so ??,??,?? are not shown correctly.
The Version 1.0 from Npgsql supports "encoding" but it doesn't work with your FastReport.Postgres.dll.
Are there any tips how to solve this problem?

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
