Default Papersize is 0 on new pages

Where is the default paperheight/paperwidth stored in the designer.

When I create a new page, and even a new report, the designer window is blank.

I found out that the PaperWidth and PaperHeight is 0. PaperSize is always Custom. No other papersizes is available.

when you open in design mode go to mnu>file>pageoptions and set the page size.
