DB-Cross Percent instead the count

I Have two tables and i need cross then, but instead show the count, i would like show the percentage of the value, but i cant performe this, someone can help me?

    Can you calculate the percentage as part of the query?

    I can, but i'm afraid of my query become very slow, cause it brings very information from a table with very information too.

    Indexes on the tables and possibly using stored procedure for the %age calculation, for the processing of 0 values if there are anyentering the equation, should be able to cope with your concerns.
    What is your database engine?

    I'm using Postgree. I'll search about the stored procedure,maybe it solve my problem, because I made the query bringing the percent and it taked a acceptable delay, but when i put in DBCross the datas was not correct. I did not understand what happened...
