    Hi gpi,

I have attached the report template fr3 file to this message (I have had to change the login details I'm afraid to avoid having lots of people acces to the server).

Unfortunately, the server itself is quite tightly locked down and so the file itself can only be run from actually on the server. I have spoken to the administrator and if you do need access then he will setup the dummy fstest user I have used in the attached and we will have to open up an SQL IP port just for you too.

Are you able to check the code without physically running it? I appreciate that "dry running" isn't ideal.

Once again, thanks for your help.

My manager has agreed to pay for the help if it is fruitful, so there is some motivation for you :-)

I don't understand why you use subreports instead DetailData and SubDetailData bands
See attach with one report page

    Hi gpi,

It was to do with not being able to stretch the size of the page and so I couldn't fit everything on. Was I missing a trick there? is there a setting that allows the page to stretch to fit everything on 1. I would have preferred that tbh.

Also, I only wanted the 2nd ("[OrderParameter].[theNumber].2 Selected Accommodation") header to be displayed if there were records retunred from the selected accommodations recordset.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
