TfrxReportServer connect error
TfrxReportServer v4.12.1 + Delphi XE + Win 7 64 Pro
I can compile the Demo Server application but Serv.Open errors with "windows socket error. and attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions (10013), on API 'bind'"
Anyone know how to fix this?
Not at the same time but I do have other apps with Intraweb/Indy that do work on port 8080 when I am testing.
