EditWatermark problem

Hi, i have a problem with the watermark capability.
To reproduce the problem simply create a report with two pages (i've inserted, in the pages, only some labels). Press preview and go to the watermark settings. If you enable watermark it will be created only on the current page. To have watermark in every page, i need to go to the other page and set again watermark. The option "Apply to all pages" works only for the pages of the current "report page". I have many reports with multiple pages and it is very annoying not to be able to set watermark to the whole report. Is there a settings to enable this capability? Is there a workaround?

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
