Exporting to Excel

edited 1:33AM in FastCube
I'm using the 'Export to' button on the main toolbar to create an Excel image of my cube's display. The Excel file is created OK, but when opening the file using Excel 2007 I get the message 'The file you are trying to open XXX.xls, is in a different format than specified by the file extension. Verify that the file is not corrupted (etc). Do you want to open the file now?' Clicking OK allows me to view the file, but this will put off users - is there a fix?

Thanks

Andrew.

    Hi.

Internal format of exported files in FastCube 1 is HTML.
In FastCube 2 we plan to use Excel native format.

    Best regards,

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
