Cannot find class Tfrxreport error

I have just installed Delphi XE2 with Update 3.

I am trying to create the "Hello World" example from users documentation.
After putting a text object on the report, and then previewing it, when I close the previw I get
"Cannot find class Tfrxreport" error.

I found a similar report of this error at
http://www.fast-report.com/en/forum/index.php?showtopic=8520
But when I go to the suggested download link, I can not find the file to download.

Can you give the new download location ?
Also, after downloading and replacing existing files, do I need to re-install Fast Reports?

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
