PDF export file on MAC

We found error opening PDF export file on MAS OS.
We export report from FastReport on Windows using original PDF export component.
When we open created file on MAC OS some components are not shown.
This components are at least graphics object and RTF text object.

Has someone this kind of problem?
Has anyone any idea how to solve this problem?

Regards, Evariste

    Hi

same problem, we use it for some kind of e-ticketing and all MAC users
are complaining because the pdf is not showing correctly.

It also depends if the Mac user opens it with Adobe, then it's almost
correct, opening it from with gmail or other pdf reader it's going wrong
Opening other pdf's it goining correctly

Why it happends...i don't know, but it's something within fastreport

    regards Peter

    same problem here

all bold text did not show fixed it with selecting embedding fonts ... but i have no clue if it can be set automatically
but still did not solve the RTF issue.

They have a better export engine which can embed only the used char and look fine in almost all OS. However, they are keeping it for FR 5, which is understandable. The problem is that they still not releasing FR 5 and we just receive endless complains without a working solution.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
