draw a line

hello,

I want to know if it is possible to draw a line by script ?

I want to draw a line after the master data.
On the last page I put a master data footer, so it is OK (the line is in the footer)
But on the previous page it is not beautiful at the bottom part of the page.
Thus I want to draw a single line.
