Blank Pages Server / Client Report
Hi,
We have a report that uses a dialog page to request some parameters and then run the reports. Within our desktop application, we retrieve the reports from the server using ServerClient.GetServerVariable('SERVER_REPORTS_LIST')
The reports are run against two remote servers, our production and test data (both data is identical). The test data displays the dialog page using the delphi form, we can make the selection and receive the report data, within the preview pages.
However, if we run the report on the second (production server), we get the dialog box and then receive a blank preview page with (0 of 0), as if the report doesn't exist.
If the same report is run using a web-browser interface (against the production data) then information is created
Something from the Windows desktop application is going wrong on the production data, but can't figure it out... any suggestions on what to look for, the same application is used, we just change the host connection.
We have also tried the Client example that comes with the Enterprise install, and even that gives a blank preview page
Any ideas would be great
