Formulas in the Excel BIFF export.
From this week the Excel BIFF export supports formulas. Now it's possible to make a text cell with "=SUM(A1:B2)" inside and this text will be exported as a formula. In the attachment you will find a xls file with such formulas and the original fp3 file, in order to enable you to see how the export works.
Arithmetic operators are completely supported. They are: + - * / ^ % & <the operator that intersects two areas and denoted with the space> : = <> < > <= >= and the operator referencing to a cell located on another sheet (e.g. "Page 1"!G8).
The export supports a comparatively big number (about 150) of built-in Excel functions, they are: SUM, AVERAGE, INDIRECT and so on. It's very easy to add a new function: if you have FR VCL Professional or higher, then you can append a single line with the function's description at the end of frxBIFF.pas, having already written descriptions of those 150 functions as an example.
