Problem with the label and axis X of a chart

Good afternoon!
I have two problems that are driving me crazy!
When i put a dbfield in chart at the "label" it automatically substitute the axis X value that i've put.

For example: if i put ramal in "label" and name of agent in "axis X", it don't recognizes the field in axis X and put in that axis the value corresponding to the value of label!
I don't know how to solve it, please someone help me!

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor.
