Designer problem with page height and many bands

Hello

I have report with page size A4. My report have a lot bands. Some of them are visible or not - depends of variable value. When i edit this report template i can't see PageFooter band (page size A4) because page height is to small to show it in editor. Vertical scroll work only to max page height - NOT to last bottom band in report tamplate. I must always temporary increase page height, do some changes on e.g page footer and then before save changes set back page size to A4 format. Is chance to change scroll behavior?

    in design mode set the use large height in design mode property.
    Mnu>File>Page Settings otheroptions tab.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor.
