Installing FR4 ibx in Delphi 7

I am trying to install the FR4 trial in D7, but the ibx components fail to install - FR4 references ibxpress70, but I have ibxpress74.
Msg = "Cannot load ibxpress70. It contains unit ibxconst which is also contained in package ibxpress74"
Is there a workaround for this? Thanks.
