Low Print Quality when printing directly with FastReports. Print with PDF look OK though.

Hello,

I am using Fastreports.net using visual studio 2010.

When I print a report with fastreports, and the report contains colors, the print quality seems very low, especially on my laserprinter. Generated text looks very good though.
However if I export the report to PDF, and use PDF to print the report, the report is of high quality and meets my expectations.

This can be easely be demonstrated by printing to the microsoft XPS printer:
A printout of the same report using PDF looks much better then by printing directly with fastreports.

See attachemts to see the difference yourself, it also contains the report I used. Start the designer, load the report and print to .xps printer

Printing directly to my laserprinter has the same quality as the printout to the an XPS file. Good results with PDF again.

----

I use fast-report to directly send reports to a printer because its for a real-time environment. Is there anything I can do to optimize the printresults using Fastreport?

I thank you in advance,

Michael.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
