DBCross and Sumary Bands

I created a report on version 4.6 with this bands:
-ReportTitle1
-Header1
-MasterData1
-Footer1

-MasterData2 with DBCross (detailed information from masterdata1)
-ReportSummary1

The report worked perfectly until i upgraded to 4.10. From that moment ReportSummary showed its contents overlaping with masterdata2. I've attached a PDF showing the position of the ReportSummary, look for >>> ReportSummary <<<.

I haven't changed anything to this report. Only upgraded FastReport. Maybe i'm missing any property, but on earlier versions it worked.

Now i'm using a PageFooter, but it doesn't look the same.

Report summary is shown correctly in your test. What did i do wrong? The problem seems to be in the DBCross component but i don't know where.
