date format

edited 12:38PM in FastReport 4.0
I use a date format "dd mmm yyyy" for a text field with a date value. And it becomes Chinese character in month. I check my region settings on my windows 7 all are Australia. How can it become Chinese?

Thank you gpi. I found my locale is set to Chinese Taiwan for non unicode program. I reset it to English Australia than then the month value becomes in English. I just wonder why Fastreport can not just follow Regional Format settings where defined very clearly about date format, number format and currency symbol. I found FR currency format use locale(non-unicode program) settings as well. So my dollar sign becomes 'NT$' if I set diaplayformat as '%2.2m'.
