Save PDF by script in report definition without preview?

edited October 2010 in FastReport 4.0
Hello,

I'd like to do the following:

* Run a report
* With a report dialog, ask if the user wants a preview or a pdf export
* option a) print preview: display preview as usual
* option b) pdf export: create a pdf-file and do some more scripting, optimally without displaying the preview at all.

The PDF-exportfilter is activated, manually creating a pdf out of the preview runs fine.

Is this possible just by using scripting in the report definition?

Thanks a lot & best regards,

Daniel

    can't do it from internal report script, must be handled at the delphi level.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
