Custom Graphic Component Filling Detail Band Height / Multiple Pages

I wish to create a custom component, using the TfrxArrowView example in the Developer's Manual as a starting point. My goal is to have a component that contains a graphic column printed within a Detail Band on each page. The graphic column should have the following specifications:

1. It will contain a scale (like a ruler) that indicates elevation.
2. It should be able to fill the entire height that is available within a Detail Band.
3. It should be able to span multiple pages (e.g., I can have 40 feet of "ruler" on each page, spanning 8 pages for a total of 320 feet).

Related to this, I have the following questions:

1. How can my component determine how much height is available to it within its parent, the Detail Band? I'll need this to be able to correctly draw the scale (e.g., 10 feet of elevation per vertical inch on each page.)
2. If I know that I have to print to "320 feet" (8 pages), how can I force FastReports to create that many pages with Detail Band sections?

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
