i wanna to make a chart from my excel data.

its Complete Question.

if there is no way,,so say to me,,how to access to Chatr'sDataset?
( trick: i wanna make default chart,then set my dataset on chart's dataset

Hello,
You can set dataset for all report (including for chart) by following code:

Report report = new Report();
DataSet dataset = new DataSet();
report.RegisterData(dataset);

And, I think it can be helpfull. RegisterData have overloads, that can accept any class, which implement the IEnumerable interface. You can create your class, which takes data from excel.
