designer preview vs preview form

One of my coworkers have a small issue.
The preview in the designer shows "1.000.000" and in the previewform its shown as "1000000".
I was wondering if that format is not saved with the report.save method?

The problem may be with different regional settings. Both designer's preview and regular preview must be the same on the same PC.
