Problem with comunication with Fast Reports?

Sorry fro this kind of message in the forum, but I want to believe that there are some problem with emails between my company and Fast Reports.
We purchase a copy of FR VCL for Delphi in the last April 26
Till now we do not receive any kind of news from Fast Report, as well as any kind of answer to our emails.
The credit card company confirms that the charge was done.
We are in a hurry to have the product and the administrative people of the company is becoming a litle nervous and talking about to cancel the operation in the credit card company.
If there are some one of FR that could help in this matter, I would appreciate.
