thousand separator is kept

I would like to have the following result for a number: 38,000.01 which means 38 thousand and 1/100.
Despite the regional setting which is: , for decimals and . for thousands.

It looks like I cannot do this with fast-reports.

When I change the the decimal sign from , to . in the formatting of a number. The result is: 38.000.01.
I was hoping the thousand separator to become ','
How can I solve this?
Is there some sort of way to also set the thousand separator like offered for the decimal?

    Is there a bug??
I noticed a property called "Thousandseparator" in the property list of the MemoField. However setting this to ',' or to ' ' it still keeps displaying '.' for thousandseparator.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
