Keep Together and Master/Detail

I have a quite complex report. Under certain circumstances it produces blank pages in the middle. I assume that it happens when SubDetail of this report receives "critical" number of rows, where a NewPage event triggers, and there is nothing to print from FR Engine's point of view. Even though I couldn't reproduce an instance where the page appears totally blank (without header/footer), I was able to create an example with similar behavior. In the attached template, pages #1, #5, #9, and #13 are being printed not like others, but with headers and empty body.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
