Multiple Page Footer

Is doesn't appear possible to have two separate "page footers".

I need two separate ones because one of them will only be shown based on a condition. When I add a plain "footer" it doesn't print on the bottom of the page.

Any ideas how to accomplish this?

You can use one Page Footer for this. You can hide memos and change height of Page Footer by a condition.
