How to assign Image to Report

I have a TImage and I want to use it in my report.
How can I assign the image to PictureView?
Could you please give me a code sample?

You can use following code:

  Image: TImage;
  frxReport1: TfrxReport;

  PictureView := frxReport1.FindObject('Picture1') as TfrxPictureView;
