error in example fast report

hi all,
i used from web site sample of fast report on vs2005 an run it ,it works true, but when i published it and put it on wwwroot and run it on local host i get error ...
i sent for you sample and error of this sample on atachment file ...
please see them and help to me for solve this problem

    This error says that FastReport can't load the report file. Likely the application has no access to the folder with report file.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
