fastreport3.dll can not be referenced in Windows 7

Hi folks

I have a Problem with windows 7, vb60 and Fastreport (the newest version).
When i open a sample project from FR Inc., visual basic does not know the
DLL. When i select the file fastreport3.dll under references and set the checkbox
and click OK, Visual Basic gets me a error message.

Has Fast Reports a general problem with Windows 7, or with the DLL under VB 60?

Thanks for your help

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
