Accessing Event Handlers

I wanted to access some of the event handlers for individual bands in my report to manage conditional displays of some fields and variables. Problem is the "Events" tab in the designer doesn't display when I click on it (stays on the properties tab). Am I barking up the wrong tree here? The only event handlers I can access are those for the report component in the ide but it appears difficult to switch on / off individual elements of the report using this.

    internal event handlers are not available in basic edition only from standard up.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
