Can't see all bands in designer

I have a report with a number of bands that should all run into each other across multiple pages when it is previewed / printed. Problem is the designer only seems to display in the default A4 page size so I don't have anything like enough room to place and populate all the bands that I need (and there is no scroll down option). I am sure there must be a way round this but I would be grateful if someone could point me in the direction of a solution.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
