CanGrow Possible Bug ? ( Picture Inside )

Hi have a good day

I set the properties

CanGrow  = true

to All Text Objects in the data band;

And I Also set the properties

CanGrow  = true

to Data Bands

But the Text objects who fit it's contains didn't grow to with data bands ?

Hello,

I was wondering whether there is a way to solve this. Namely, I used two columns, with "AccrossThanDown" property, and "GrowToBottom" property, but rows in parallel columns have gaps since there are some rows that do not have the need to grow. I think that the picture provided will speak better than my words.
