show help in reportdesigner included in delphi project

When I go to the menu-option 'Help', 'Help contents' nothing is displayed.
How can I make sure the program finds de '.chm' that it can use to display the Help contents for fast report?

I have included the Reportdesigner component on a Form in a Delphi project.
Is there some sort of property in this reportdesigner component where I can define where to look for the .chm?
