Rotating images, text and date fields within designer

Is there a way to rotate an image? I know there is a way to rotate text but I am looking to rotate a background image, text and data fields all at once. Other programs I have used has a feature to group a design - in my case a plant label - with all the elements and rotate it 180 degrees.

The reason I need to do this is because the paper stock I am using has a curved top and bottom (6-up) so I need to rotate the top and bottom row so they butt together.
