scanner cant read any produced barcode

Hello,
I tried to use many barcode formats in my project but all has the same problem , the thin lines did not print at all so scanner cant read any of them

I tried all possibilities with zoom and wide bar ratio , in preview the bars are thick but after print the lines are so thin almost nothing printed only wider bars appears !!

I tried another zebra printer model and I get the same problem , so I tried other barcode software and the barcode printed normally and scanned successfully with the scanner !

any advice how to solve this ??

Thanks

Barcode printer's softvare send special commands for printing barcodes. FR use GDI print
Try to increase your printer's resolution

I tried that , resolution is to maximum and I also increase the heat (darkness) from 10 (Default) to 30 (maximum) I still get thin lines not very clear, in these settings some barcode can be read but with close or repeated reads and some cant be read

other software I used are: report builder, barone and nice label

yes the laser printer print the barcode exactly like the preview with thick lines but all zebra models are not !

I even tried different pc and different zebra drivers and I got same problem

ok I finally found a very strange checkbox option in the printer driver called "Enable Line/Box Substitution"

when I clear the checkbox (which is et by default) I get the barcode exactly like the preview , it seems it enable / disable GDI print out which FR uses to print

I think many faces this problem, I suggest FR display a note or something for Zebra users

finally I hope this will solve another developer situation
