Liberal update Policy

Please could someone define "Liberal update Policy"?

If I buy FastReport 4 today for how long will I receive updates.
What if FastReport 5 is released?
Can I upgrade or do I need to buy the full package again?

I think of buying FastReport 4 Enterprise 1 User.
Are the components (used to deploy my application to the customer)
royalty-free?

updates within a version have always been free.
upgrades from one version to another usually cost depending when you purchase and specials are usually available early.
the library is royalty free when compiled into your application.

Is the library still royalty free when compiled into a delphi package?
