I'm waiting for more than one month for an answer from Fast Reports Inc. I bought your software legally and i cant activate any hardware id... it always tells me that i've got an invalid serial number...
I don't understand why they don't even answer to my emails....

2 did you download the password from your customer dl page.
if you did step 2
go to your dl page click support and take out a support ticket give them as much info as you can about the transaction.
and make sure your firewall or isp is not blocking mail inadvertently
