RichText in FreeReport

edited 12:58AM in FreeReport
I try to display multi page RTF in a Rich Text Object on a Data Band.
This I am trying with FreeReport 2.33 and Delphi 7.

RTF that is less than 1 page is no problem, I can display that well.
The problem is when I try to display multipage RTF.
I don't know exactly what the Rich Text Object and Data Band properties must be.

When I make them both stretched I get a access violation error.
When I make either one of them stretched just a single line is displayed.

Does some know a solution to this problem.
I will gladly give more information if needed.

Please help.

    IIRC
free report does not handle multipage rtfs
to do this you need to use fr3 or fr4.

as a minimum i would suggest fr4 pro that way you have source code and can take advantage of being able to get daily builds.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
