Failing to retrieve COM class factory under VISTA

Please help. I am using FR 4 under VISTA and VS2005. I can run the designer fine, but when I try to run any of the C# examples I get the following exception:
"Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {4764040E-4222-4DEC-9F2E-82D46E212B3A} failed due to the following error: 80040154."


I did try to register the dll using "regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\FastReports\FastReport Studio\Bin\FastReport3.dll" running the cmd under administrator rights.

This did not help either. Has anyone else seen this problem?

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
