Abstract Error with 4.6.4

Hi there,
I have downloaded Fast Reports 4.6.4? for? D10 off the customer area of your site, and after I have uninstalled the old one and installed the new one, recomplied, now when I try to design a report I get an 'Abstract Error'.
I installed it from scratch again and the same thing happened. ? Then I went back to v4.5 and the problem went away.
Any Ideas?
Edit: ? I have tried installing 4.6.1 and it has the same problem.
