Improvement of Word-Export

Hello,
are there any possibilities to improve the export of rtf-Files ?
The resulting texts in word consists of a lot of tables/cells. This makes it difficult to edit the rtf-document afterwards. We have many customers who want e.g. insert new lines or write texts between some lines.
But this is not possible due to the fixed height of the cells. The new texts/content become clipped at the cell border.

It would be helpful to have one of the following solutions:
a ) table/cells which don't have a fix size and enlarge when text is inserted.
b ) a more "normal" text export e.g. by using tabulators instead of tables.

If you like I can send you an example frx-report for which we need a solution.
