Our company had a great year - we had two Road Shows in Russia (with CodeGear from Borland and with SoftLine) and one - in Europe with Firebird and ibSurgeon, took part in the 4 exgibitions and 4 conferences.
The main point is that we had meetings with many of our customers. We are growing, next year will be the 10th year of Fast Reports. And we have plans to grow together with you in the next coming years.
I apologize personal apologies to people who have not yet received answers to the questions in the technical support. This means that your problem is being addressed at this time, and you will be informed of the decision problems.
There is new men in our support team - Palgur, Herbert and Alexander Venikov. So your requests will be solved faster.
We work over update of documentation and new FAQ.
Also we plane release "FastReport dot Net" at the first time of next year.
We want to make a gift to all - a 25% discount on all of our products and licenses - and that is from the 17th of December upto the 10th of January.
