Rich text object disables reports

I am using FR4 in D7. I have one form where I put all my FR objects, and nothing else. Everything was working fine until I added a rich text object to one of my reports. The form is normally created in code, rather than being auto-created at startup. After I added this rich text object, the form was no longer created and no reports would run. The program doesn't freeze but it simply doesn't do anything when the code to run a report is executed. I tried making the form auto-create, and then the app aborted at startup. If I remove the rich text then everything is OK. I thought there was some kind of corruption so I deleted all my DCU's, created a new form and moved all the FR objects to that form. Still the same problem. Is there some kind of bug with using rich text in FR4?

make sure the forms uses clause contains a refrence to the frxRich unit.

That solved the problem but this seems like a major bug. Why doesn't the frxRich get added automatically when that object is used in the report? It seems that everyone who ever tried using rich text in FR would have seen this happen.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
