DBCross Table - Page-Header/Footer

edited November 2007 in FastReport 4.0
Hi
I am using at the moment the following bands:
Report Title
Client
PageFooter
ReportSummary

the Client-Band is connected to the Report-Title-Band. Inside the Client-Band I use a DBCross-Table. The typical size of this DBCross is about 2 site wide and between 1 und 3 pages long. So it can look like this (only an examples, the amount of pages variates):
1 - 2 - 3
4 - 5 - 6

Now I have 2 Problems with it.
1. the Report-Title is printed only on the first page, but the space of the Report-Title-Band is taken free on the pages 1 to 3.
2. the Report-Summary is printed on page 4 (directly below the end of the Cross Report, but not at the end of the report - page 6).

I hope anyone can give me any advise how to solve this problem, I am really lost in the moment.

Thanks for every replay

PS.: I am using Fast Report 4.4

The first thing to understand is where and when bands print(output).
title band prints only once at the start of the report, but since you have a child band connected to it the child band on subsequent output pages Astarts below where the title band would be.
A better choice would be to use a masterdataband set to recordcount of 1, and set allowsplit to true, and stretch to true, and stretch mode to maxheight or actualheight, then your summaryband will not appear until after all the output of the mdband is finished.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
